The approach to quality management for business : A participative approach

An approach to quality management is one of the possible answers for companies confronting the globalization and emergence of sustainable growth. This approach to quality management must be the solution which enables the head of a company to confront an aggressive competitive market and the evolution in behaviour. By definition, an approach to quality management is always a positive action. It provides improvement in the way a company runs though: organization, production, and the promotion and commercialization of products and services. Which is the right one to choose? Service strategy, ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 14001 certification, listening to a client, reporting,... Today, there are as many concepts as tools, methods and available means that must allow for expectations, needs and client requirements to be met, but also those of collaborators, share holders, ... How many companies have come up against curbs that reduce investments to nothing ? The solution, a participative approach. You must convince, federate and find a consensus so that each party will profit and adhere to the proposed solution.This is the logic that has to direct changes durably in federating men around innovative improvement projects, favouring the client.
